You’re Invited
A Garden Gathering for Women
Slow down. Breathe deep. Come home to yourself.
This special day is for women seeking meaningful connection—with others, with nature, and with your own inner calm.
Join us in a peaceful garden setting where we’ll:
Learn to tend gently to the garden and ourselves
Sip tea and blend calming herbal infusions, handpicked from the garden
Practice mindfulness through birdwatching and garden tending
Enjoy conversation and companionship
Explore simple, soothing ways to nurture ourselves
Whether you’re feeling anxious, isolated, or simply in need of a slower pace and deeper connection, this gathering is for you.
No gardening experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Date: Sunday, June 1
Time: 9:30-11
Location: Shelby County Community Gardens
MUST REGISTER BY SATURDAY, MAY 31 AT 4 PM
This garden gathering is co-led by Amy Balentine and Jasmine Sullivan, nature lovers who take joy in reconnecting others to the world around and within them. In addition to being therapists at the center, Amy is a mindfulness teacher and Jasmine is a yoga instructor. Amy has completed training with the master gardener program as well.
Let’s gather, ground, and grow—together.
We’d love to have you with us.
