Jess Peeler, LPC-MHSP
Psychotherapist
Driven by a belief that from the moment we’re born, we have a deep desire and need for connection, Jess is passionate about helping others find healing in mind, body, and spirit.
Through a client-centered approach and an integration of the mind-body connection, Jess works with those facing trauma, attachment issues, family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, codependency, and grief. When we are able to tell the truth that life is hard and ask for help, freedom from the bondage of life’s pains begins to creep over the horizon.
Jess believes that the connection with others, ourselves, and God is what brings life. When these connections are broken or hurting, the mind, body, heart, and soul ache in pain. She knows that on some days, the aches may seem manageable, and on others, they may be all-consuming. She believe healing begins when a safe space is provided to be fully seen, known, and accepted. This healing has been true for her own story, and she is hopeful that it is true for her clients.

Jess received her Masters in Mental Healing Counseling from Concordia University Irvine and her Bachelors in Biology from the University of Memphis.
