Through a client-centered approach and an integration of the mind-body connection, Jess works with those facing trauma, attachment issues, family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, codependency, and grief.

Through an evidence-based approach and a belief in the system to include the mind, body, and heart, she has a commitment to meet the needs of those managing psychic and physical pain, including anger issues, stepping with grief, trauma, addiction, and other intrapersonal and interpersonal struggles.

Jasmine has a passion for helping others embrace and nurture their inner selves. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them recognize their strengths and learn new skills. While walking alongside her clients, Jasmine feels honored to assist them while they overcome their challenges, fears, and self-doubts.
