Women in Nature (WIN): Happy Hike
This event is being rescheduled for later this summer. Email us if you would like to be informed of the rescheduled date.!!!
Step out of the hustle and into the heart of nature. This women’s mindfulness hike is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with the earth beneath your feet, the life all around you, and the supportive presence of others walking beside you.
Together, we’ll move intentionally through the beautiful trails of Meeman-Shelby, practicing mindful awareness, somatic grounding, and nature connection to support nervous system regulation and cultivate a sense of peace and belonging. This is not a race—it’s a gentle, spacious exploration of the world around us and within us.
We’ll take time to notice the sights, sounds, and sensations of spring. Bring your curiosity—we’ll be learning about the local flora and fauna along the way. Binoculars are welcome for birdwatching!
Open to women of all experience levels. Come as you are, leave feeling more connected, centered, and nourished.
